Location
Located approximately 3 miles South of Kelso between the roads to Yetholm & Morebattle within easy distance from the Cheviot hills and the Pennine way, there is onsite parking for up to 4 vehicles and a lawn area for use by the guests. The grounds are covered by CCTV and security lighting around the site.

Fully Inclusive price for Barn Owl Lodge includes
1. Electricity charges (including heating in winter months - times at owners discretion)

3. Microwave, kettle, toaster, heated laundry dryer, all cutlery, tableware
4. Casserole dish, roasting dish, suacepans, frying pans, measuring jug
